We provide comprehensive plastic machining services including cutting, milling, drilling, bending, bonding, and welding.
Can I place an order for just one piece?
Yes, we accept orders starting from a single piece.
How many pieces can you handle for mass production?
Depending on the shape, we can handle approximately 1,000 to 2,000 pieces per month.
We also support molding processes through our partner companies.
Since capacity varies depending on part geometry, we will discuss details individually.
Can you perform secondary machining on molded parts?
Yes, it is possible.
However, depending on the shape and required tolerances, some cases may be challenging. Please consult us and we will accommodate as much as possible.
What is your shortest lead time?
Depending on the material and machining difficulty, we can deliver in as little as three days for parts that can be processed immediately.
We continuously expand our equipment to support shorter lead times.
Please note that special materials or processes may require additional time.
What machining tolerances can you achieve?
Depending on the material, tolerances down to ±0.02 mm are possible.
However, due to the characteristics of plastics (e.g., effects of temperature changes), tolerances vary significantly by material, part size, and shape.
What is the maximum size you can machine?
Machine specifications allow plate machining up to 1,300 mm (W) × 2,600 mm (L) × 200 mm (H).
Micro-hole machining down to φ20 μm is possible in acrylic.
Actual limits vary depending on material size and part geometry.

Can I supply my own material?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied materials for machining.
Is it okay if I don’t have CAD drawing data?
Yes. Please send paper drawings by email or fax.
Even hand-drawn sketches are acceptable.
Do you support RoHS compliance?
Yes, we are RoHS compliant.
We can also provide certificates for environmental substances, NSF, PFOS, MSDS, etc., upon request.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout Japan using courier services.
What are your payment terms?
For first-time transactions, payment is required by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
For ongoing business relationships, we offer monthly consolidated billing based on your preferred closing date.
