Polycarbonate Bending / Polycarbonate Welding

We offer polycarbonate bending services that are rarely provided by other companies.
This includes full-surface heating bending of polycarbonate as well as polycarbonate welding.
We customize our processing methods to meet your specific requirements.

Electric Furnace (Hot Air Circulation System)

An electric furnace is used to perform large-radius bending that cannot be achieved with partial heating, by uniformly heating the entire sheet material.
Digitally controlled hot air circulates inside the furnace to heat the sheet evenly.

The furnace can be set to temperatures from 40°C to 300°C and can accommodate sheet materials up to 2100 × 1100 mm in size.
Heating temperature and time vary depending on the material and are optimized based on KUBOPURA’s expertise.

Sheets that have been uniformly heated and softened in the furnace are mainly formed using wooden molds.
Once removed from the furnace, the heated and softened sheets gradually harden over time.

The thinner the sheet material, the faster it hardens, so quick and precise work is required.
While digital machining is mainstream today, analog craftsmanship remains indispensable.

Non-Contact Double-Sided Heating Sandwich Heater

At KUBOPURA, we support bending of acrylic and polycarbonate.
For products with a radius of R50 or less, we use a sandwich heater for processing.
In addition, we may use our in-house developed large heating equipment to accommodate a wide variety of products.

PVC Bending and Assembly

Protective covers installed on workbenches to safeguard operators during hazardous operations.
Assembly work is carried out by several people working together.
